This is a great idea, and I think it should be broken down to a few
separate pages:

-New to Python
  (and maybe break this down into new to programming / just new to
Python)

-Familiar with Python on Windows

-Familiar with Python on *nix

We might also want to have separate pages for:

- command-line/ web/ cgi, etc (Unixy stuff)

- GUI programming (mac-y stuff)
