[Pythonmac-SIG] more about Tkinter strangeness

Try printing both _tkinter.TCL_VERSION and tcl_version as what they 
really are,
i.e., something like
     print (_tkinter.TCL_VERSION, tcl_version)
My guess is that one is a string and the other a float, or something 
silly like
that. Of course, I have no idea why this should be the case...
