[Pythonmac-SIG] [Ann] MacCvs 3.2b9 is out, using MacPython 2.2

- Ton of OSX work

- Python macros using MacPython 2.2 : be careful, MacPython 2.2 doesn't work
well on OSX yet especially on SMP machines, but using MacPython is optional
with MacCvs. However a fix has been submitted and next version of 2.2 should
fix the problem.
- Added a ISO-8559 support for MacCvsPro
