[Pythonmac-SIG] Extending python

Matthew,
Go to the Python Language home page (www.python.org) and browse the 
documentation table of contents--there is a tutorial there to get you 
started. And, for the simple things I have tried, distutils works 
properly on OS X 10.2.2.
