[Pythonmac-SIG] SNMP OID's?

I'm attempting to use PYSNMP, but running into a large
road block.....

The OID #'s....

I'm attempting to work with 2 things:

	1 - Cisco 6506 Router/Switch
	2 - DOCSIS Cable Modems

I can find the "named" MIB's, but I can't find a 
converter, or other documentation on how to convert
from the name to the numeric OID...

Anyone able to point a newbie in SNMP to where I need to go?
