[Pythonmac-SIG] Manipulating Resources

My son and I are trying to build a resource editor for a game plug-in.

I can find the handle for any given resource, but it is not obvious how to 
access the actual data. Is there some documentation I can find? Otherwise 
how would you dereference a handle?
