It's in the standard WASTE distribution.

Ah, this needs to be fixed. Could you file a bug report?

(note that in general using xyzzypath.abspath() on anything but the
xyzzy platform is a no-no, but for Mac OS X I think we should try to
get macpath and posixpath working for both MachoPython and MacPython).
