[PYTHONMAC-SIG] Numeric Python on the Mac?

Has anyone tried and/or succeded in porting Numeric Python on the Mac?

If so, could send me or post the instructions on how to compile the module
and conncet to macpython.

If not, I think it might be useful.  I'm willing to help, but be forewarned
that I am not a programmer.
