3) Is now done.  If the file "\Temp\pythonrc.py" exists, it is executed
before the interactive shell is started.  The file is ignored when
an interactive shell is not being used (that is when you are supposed
to "import user" in your program).

3) Is there a way to add thing for when python starts up. For example I would like to add the folder of my scripts to the path, and
the path of the docs to os.environ['PYTHONDOCS'].
