[PythonCAD] Some patches

Hello,

I'm PythonCAD maintainer for both Debian and Ubuntu, I'm very happy this
project is still maintained  :)

In Debian packaging, we applied some patches to fix issues or adjust
minor things, so I'd like to share them with you.

[1] is a fix for .desktop file to adhere to Freedesktop.org standards
[2] contains fix for the issue described at [3].

I hope you find them useful and eventually apply them in trunk.
