[python-win32] Regarding Licence

Hi,
I would like to use pywin32 Api for my project. Is this royalty free? Do I
need prior permissions or is there anything of that sort? I saw the Licence
in GitHub but didn't understand. Just wanted to know if this licence is
freeware and the API can be used.
