[python-win32] Troubleshooting with pip install pywin32 using WSL2:Ubuntu and Python 3.8.8

Hello,

When I run pip install pywin32 in WSL2:Ubuntu using Python 3.8.8 I get the following error log:

(base) ➜  ~ pip install pywin32
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pywin32 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pywin32

python -V
Python 3.8.8

pip --version
pip 21.2.1 from /home/ludo915/.local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pip (python 3.8)

Any ideas?
