[python-win32] Bug reports

According to SourceForge [1]:

Is this true? I posted a bug report [3] a couple of weeks ago and I
still haven't seen even an acknowledgment that the report has been
seen. Is there another bug tracker somewhere I should be using? Has
the project silently migrated to GitHub?
