[python-win32] installation problem on win xp

You may be right that I was doing too much, but I wanted to get as close as possible to a clean install.

I was using the recommended method for installation and downloading the version matching python.

I went back to python 2.7 and got pywin32 to work, but only after uninstalling everything, rebooting, and reinstalling from scratch.
