[python-win32] Fetching network interface instance names

Really, really cool. It's a hug of a giant. 

But the sad thing: I quite randomly selected 4 different scripts out of that 
list, and not 1 worked ... they allways try to access attributes on 
COM-generated objects which are not available. Has anyone had some more 
positive experience?
