Thanks, Tim. Maxima mea culpa. I'll pull my head in :-)

Does anyone have any suggestions on what advice to give (a) people who 
post from work via e-mail, engendering enormous disclaimers (b) possibly 
over-sensitive folk who are annoyed by (a)?
