[python-win32] Replace Common Windows Dialogs

Hi all,

I would like to replace the Windows Save-As Dialog systemwide.

If a user hits "SaveAs" in any application, my own SaveAs-Dialog (e.g. 
my application) should be opened instead.

Does anybody know, if this is possible and how to do this?
