[python-win32] Is there an interface to "ReadDirectoryChangesW"

Last year i was playing around with "FindFirstChangeNotification" for a 
version control tool i was thinking about, but couldn't get it to work 
correctly. I've just found out about "ReadDirectoryChangesW", and i 
think this is the missing bit - can it be called via the win32 python 
wrapper?
