[python-uk] [PyConUK-adm] Nicholas Tollervey winner of PSF Community Service Award

This is fabulous news, and very well deserved. 

As a teacher working in Computing education in the UK, I have found Nicholas’ support and encouragement to be exemplary. 

I really cannot think of a better recipient for this award.
