[python-uk] Neo4J, Heroku and Python talk this week

Sorry for the shameless self-promotion but I'm doing a talk this
coming Wednesday on how to use the graph database Neo4J, Heroku and
Python to create simple web apps that drive their behaviour off the
underlying graph. Hopefully of interest to people interested in
deploying Python apps to Heroku as well as graph heads.
