[python-uk] python winpcap programming

Hi,
I am totally new to python and in need for a freelance programmer to hire to
help develop a prototype of NPA network protocol analyser (like wireshark)
and NFAT (network forensics analysis tool like netminer) based on python
winpcap programming. Thanks.
