[Python-mode] lp:python-mode ugrade

Quick note: Now that Andreas has merged his Myrkwid branch to trunk, I went
ahead and upgraded the lp:python-mode to 2a format.  You will have to check it
out again or upgrade any local branches you have, including any branches
stacked on truck.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this will be better in the long run.
