Problems Installing and getting started.

How are you trying to “Open” python? If you get that option screen, that sounds like you are trying to run the installer again.

Knowing your Operating System would be very helpful. Python is normally run from the command line, or since you have the PyCharm IDE, it can run python on the program you have loaded into the project.
