According to "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outlook.com#Mail_client_access"
Outlook.com (the modern name for OWA) supports "pop3" and "imap",
both supported by Python library modules.

Read the "Outlook.com" documentation about how you can connect
via those protocols.
