Getting Modify Setup message

Are you trying to re-run the setup?
What happens if you start the command prompt, type "python (without
quotes) and press Enter?
What OS are running? Is it Windows 10?
Can you go to "Start -> All Programs -> Python -> IDLE" and press Enter?
