Installing Basemap in Jupyter Notebook

I have a trouble in installing basemap in my local Jupyter Notebook.

I used the code below. But it did not work.
!conda install -c conda-forge  basemap==1.3.0  matplotlib==2.2.2  -y

How can I install basemap in my Jupyter Notebook?
