Is it possible to inheret a metaclass.

This is not only possible, this is the default:

 >>> class Pardon(type): pass
... 
>>> class A(metaclass=Pardon): pass
... 
>>> class B(A): pass
... 
>>> type(B)
<class '__main__.Pardon'>
