We need more context, such as the code that emits the warning, to be 
sure of anything.  However, some code apparently tries to modify 
non-existent option 'foobar' on, I suspect, a GUI widget.  I have seen 
similar messages from tkinter/tk.

The option mistake prevents the icon load.
