Gmane seems to be gone

Does news.gmane.org (or any gmane.org domain) resolve for you?

It doesn't using Google's public DNS server (8.8.8.8).

The whois database at icann.org says the gmane.org domain registration
was updated today, and it now belongs to Yomura Corporation of
Atlanta, Georga.
