Python aliases under Windows?

IPython is  only one of the examples, instead you can substitute Jupyter,
subprocess. As I wrote before:

which seems unnecessary. There is already `pip.exe`, `pip3.exe`,
`pip3.6.exe` in Scripts sub-folder which in my opinion solve the same
problem.
