After installing python 3.6.1 through setup , when I run it a system error appears saying : "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-[1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer .Try reinstalling to fix it. I have tried reinstalling and repairing many times but it still won't work. What should I do ?
