Hello,
I'm living in Pune(India) the lawyers keep on giving different answers some yes you can distribute the software under proprietary license and restrict users from ditributing it in any form while other negate it..
A tried googling and like the lawyers got different answers..
So I posted in stack exchange here is the the link :
