I have downloaded python onto a DELL laptop, but it will not run. I have tried to install it multiple times but each time it does not work so I try again. This time it has come up with a system error and that "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-[1-1-0.dlll is missing" What can I do to make the program run?
