Installing Python on Windows 7

Hi Karen,
i suggest the following steps:
1. Download C runtime Libraries from Microsoft
https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/kb/2999226
for Windows 7
2. Install it
3. Try again to install Python.
4. Have fun.
