I don't think he's trying to open a can Grant, this sounds like a *REAL* emergency. My guess is that he is emailing us from the toilet because he needs advice on how to free a stuck zipper. Unfortunately for him, i don't have any good answers for that one -- he may just have to sacrifice those jeans.
