xlwt 1.1.2 released!

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce the release of xlwt 1.1.2.

This release contains the following:

- Fix failure in style compression under Python 3.

- Documentation tweaks.

NB: If you would like to become the maintainer of xlwt, please get in 
touch! Neither myself nor John Machin have much time to drive things
