Python 3.4.4 Install

I am now trying o install the binary version, 64 bit, of Python 3.4.4 from
Python.org.  I get the message:
   
    Python 3.4.4 (64 bit)

     There is a problem with the Windows [10] Installer Package. A program 
  required for this install to complete could not be run.  Contact your
support personnel or package vendor.
