SQL (shown here with PostgreSQL's CLI):

rosuav=> \pset null NULL
Null display is "NULL".
rosuav=> select NULL = NULL;
 ?column?
----------
 NULL
(1 row)

But SQL's NULL is a cross between C's NULL, IEEE's NaN, Cthulhu, and Emrakul.
