scipy install error,need help its important

guys i have big proplem i want to install scipy
but all time show me error
i have python 2.7 and windows 10
i try to use pip install scipy and i take that error

raise NotFoundError('no lapack/blas resources found')
    numpy.distutils.system_info.NotFoundError: no lapack/blas resources found
