It sounds fairly plausible. "Help, I just got 'got'! Now what?"
*researches* "Hmm, I'm seeing a lot of stuff about Python and Linux
and stuff. Where can I get help about Python?"

The request is misdirected (we can't help), but not unreasonable IMO.
