install open cv on windows 10 and python 3.5

i have windows 10 and python 3.5 and i want to use
open cv but i think so opencv work only on python 2.7 ?
and i install this http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#opencv
but not work again
