Cannot create a virtualenv

Installing Py 3.5 and `pip install virtualenv` worked fine. However, I
cannot create a virtualenv.


"OSError: Command C:\ve\ve33\Scripts\python.exe -c "import sys, pip;
sys...d\"] + sys.argv[1:]))" setuptools pip wheel failed with error
code 1"

Any suggestions?
