help(string) commands not working on pyton 3.5

Hi,

I have installed the "Windows x86-64 executable installer<https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.5.0/python-3.5.0-amd64.exe>" on my desktop but I cannot get help ( ) or help (string) command working.
What could be an issue?
