    It looks as if the developers are constantly upgrading. I just
	upgraded youtube_dl

	sudo pip install --upgrade youtube_dl

	And ran the code which is provided under the topic 
	"EMBEDDING YOUTUBE-DL"
	at 
	https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/blob/master/README.md

	At I got a successful download, AFAICS
