Logic problem: need better logic for desired thruth table.

Nope, it simplifies to:

BotWaitForCooldown or not CooldownDetected
"

Apperently it can be simplied even further:

BotWaitForCooldown >= CooldownDetected

Interesting isn't it ? :)
