I don't say there should be an *a priori* reason, but one implies or
at least strongly suggests an *a priori* reason when one comes with
such general rule as /We are all adults, so we allow this kind of thing./

"We allow buitins to be overridden", doesn't sound as a very accurate
description of the underlining reason, when you know that things have
been removed from builtins and made a keyword in order to prevent them
from being overridden.
