The problem is actually with the installation of the markupsafe 
dependancy.  Further the output above tells me that you've not got 
Visual Studio 2010 installed.  Simplest solution is to grab it from here 
http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#markupsafe
