ANN: grc 1.7 released

This is generic colouriser, version 1.7.

grc is a colouriser configured by regular expressions, including 
a simple command line wrapper for some commonly used unix commands.

Notable changes in this version:
 - add the possibility to replace text in addition to colouring
 - add several configuration files
