Windows 10 and PYODBC

Yes Paul Hermeneutic , that is correct.
I tried everything I could  however,  I was unable to make PYODBC  talk to Oracle under Windows 10.
Maybe there are smarter than me that can make this work. For me it was easier to just use cx_Oracle for the Oracle connection.

It sounds like PYODBC cannot connect to Oracle on Windows 10. Is that correct?
