I need to build a bulk SMS system for a particular group of users. i WAS THINKING OF USING RAPIDSMS, AND KANNEL. Is there not a way to use just python from scratch to build a bulk sms system or if there are other simpler means please indicate to me. Thanks Ngangsi Richard skyoe: ngangsia.richard
